When do you come to service my recycling bins and trash cans?

How do I know if my trash cans have been cleaned?
You will definitely be able to tell when we have serviced your bins. But if your bins are still on the curb where you leave them for sanitation pick up then we probably have not been by. I have regular service and I have been charged but my bins have not been cleaned?
We charge between 50 and 100 percent of your service cost as a service fee for any bins that were taken inside before we could clean them.
